Instructor-Led Training Instructor-led training (ILT) is conducted in one of our many HP Education Center traditional "brick and mortar" classrooms. Our expert instructors, rated by past students, as among the most knowledgeable and proficient at teaching, are physically located in the same room as the students. Instructors present the course material using slides, which is enhanced by student manuals, handouts, and hands-on lab exercises. On-Site Dedicated Training (OST) The same industry-leading courses that are taught at our HP Education Centers can be customized to meet your exact needs for delivery to six or more students at your site. Doing an on-site training will significantly reduce travel costs and minimize time away from the office. An OST at your site can stretch your training budget and offer the convenience of expert instructors bringing high-quality training to your doorstep. Remotely Assisted Instructional Learning (RAIL) RAIL combines the best of traditional classroom training with the best of online training without the travel and with less 'out-of-office' time. HP Will deliver LIVE, instructor-led training you need in real-time over the internet. You attend the training where ever you are – home, office, anywhere. Practice labs on HP’s state-of-the-art hardware via HP Virtual Labs. Web-Based Training (WBT) Web-based training is self-paced online training you can take at your leisure and from the comfort of your home or office computer. By way of our award winning HP IT Resource Center, you can take any of more than 2,000 self-paced online courses, accessing one of the largest online course libraries in the training market today. Custom Training HPES offers customized courses, specifically designed to meet customer learning requirements. HPE Training Specialists will work closely with the customer in identifying areas of learning need to be developed. After identifying these, a curriculum will be developed and will be presented to the customer, with virtual simulation to ensure that the curriculum is applicable and well suited. Learning Management System (LMS) LMS is described as software tool designed to manage user learning interventions. LMS go far beyond conventional training records management and reporting. Its value-add is the extensive range of complementary function they offer. Learner self-service (self-registration on ILT), training workflow (user notification, manager approval, waitlist management), provision of on-line learning, collaborative learning (application sharing, discussion threads) and training resource management (instructors, facilities equipment, logistics), are some of the additional dimensions leading to LMS. The LMS lets you publish courses and place them in an online catalog. Learners log into the LMS using a browser, select courses from the catalog and launch them. The LMS tracks the learners’ activities with the courses. It provides online reports for each course and learner. LMS is inexpensive yet provides the essential features you need. eLearning eLearning is a blended learning solution, combining all learning solutions offered by HPES. It is normally deployed through a portal and managed through LMS. Its contents are customized and developed by HP experts, fully suited to the organization’s learning requirements. This solution, together with LMS, is very much ideal to those who invest heavily on end-user training, and for those with high employee population.
